About Me

I am a graduate of The University of Nebraska at Omaha, where I studied Creative Writing within UNO's Writers' Workshop. I received my Bachelors in Multidisciplinary Studies with a focus on Creative Writing. I was twelve when I found my love for writing and have pursued it ever since. Since then I have had four publications, two of them award-winning. I have spent four years tutoring students in both creative and academic writing. I tailor my tutoring to follow practice, discussion, review and revision. I believe earnest conversation and guided experience are the best teachers, and I strive to provide this to my students. When I am not writing, I'm creating storylines through Dungeons and Dragons, crocheting plushies for my market or daydreaming over a cup of coffee.
