I am a graduate of Bowling Green State University and Miami University (Ohio). I received my Bachelor of Arts in Science in Psychology and Sociology from Bowling Green State University. This year is my 13th year in education in Allen, Texas. I have taught on-level psychology, on-level government, on-level United States history, Advanced Placement Psychology, and International Baccalaureate Psychology. I am passionate about psychology and it's what I find the most joy and purpose in teaching. My A.P. exam scores are consistently above the Texas state and national average. My classroom sizes have increased each year that I have been teaching the program. I.B. Psychology is a new subject for me and I recently completed my training in Lake Tahoe, California. I have been an AP reader for Psychology for four years so I am well versed in how to score high for the AP exam.

My biggest interests and hobbies revolve around my children. We have been foster parents for years and recently adopted two children out of foster care. I love anything new and challenging!
