Over the years, I've not just worked with computers, but I've lived and breathed them. My journey, starting from the prestigious Polytechnic Institute of New York University and Monroe College, gave me a dual mastery in Computer Science and Cyber Security. My academic pursuits, enriched with hands-on experiences, have molded me into a specialist in the intricate realms of IT, cyber security, and application development. At the US Marine Corps, I harnessed my prowess as a Training Specialist, assessing the skillset of our diligent personnel, and nurturing them with bespoke training and development modules. My stint at KPMG, as a Senior Consultant in Cyber Security, had me diving deep into cloud architecture, infrastructure evaluation, and AWS cloud environments. At IBM, my role as a Software Developer in Cyber Security empowered me to modernize code bases and enhance software's functional efficiency. My contributions to New York City Transit and Altice USA strengthened their digital backbones and fortified their security infrastructures. One of my proudest accomplishments was spearheading a team of over 100 professionals in the monumental New York City Transit OMNY Tap 'N Go project, a venture worth over $50 million. I've also delved into the art of automation, translating it into significant savings for my employers. Moreover, the e-commerce web application I developed with the Python Django framework stands as a testament to my expertise in SDLC, secure coding practices, and static code analysis. As an ever-eager learner, my current pursuits include acquiring the CISSP and the SANS GIAC Certified Web Application Defender certifications. I already wear many hats from CompTIA's various distinctions, the SUSE Linux certification, to AWS Developer Associate, and many more.
