I bring over 25 years of real-world mortgage experience and a strong educational background to the table. As a graduate and current adjunct instructor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, I've combined academic teaching with hands-on industry knowledge to help students succeed. Since 2004, I've been instructing NMLS-approved Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education courses through my companies, Mortgage Specialists and MORE Education. I teach the 20-hour SAFE course every fall at UNO and have helped over 500 students successfully pass the NMLS testwith thousands more trained across the mortgage and real estate industry.
