About Me
I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BS in neuroscience and behavior and a MS in biomedical science. During my time at FAU, I worked with Dr. Robert Vertes where I studied how mid-thalamic nuclei contribute to executive functioning. I also traveled to New York, where I received a MS in psychology. I did my masters thesis in Dr. Varodayan's lab where I assessed sex differences in the noradrenergic system in the prefrontal cortex. Although I tutor a broad range of subjects I am most passionate about biology and neuroscience. I believe knowledge is power and I want to give my students the tools to succeed in life and leave with a sense of confidence that will help them obtain their goals.
Hobbies & Interests
