As a National Board Certified mathematics teacher with certifications in Elementary Education, 4-12 Mathematics, Special Education, and Gifted Education. I am deeply committed to fostering mathematical literacy and fluency in my students. With over 20 years of teaching experience across a variety of subjects, including Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus, I have successfully engaged diverse learners, from multi-language and adult students to those with disabilities. My teaching philosophy centers on the belief that every student can achieve greatness, regardless of their challenges. I strive to create a supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and resilience, empowering students to overcome obstacles in their mathematical journey.
