About Me

As someone who had to overcome personal hardship on my own - pertaining both to academics and myself - I have gained the passion to help other students who are struggling to get the help that they need. I want to be able to connect and support students so that they can become a better, more successful, versions of themselves that believe they can attain all of their goals. I have attended three different colleges now, unsure as to what career path I wanted to take up until the third try - I've switched all the way from Medical school to an Animation degree. I have been tutoring for nearly 7 years, and have gained knowledge and strategies to help students of all calibers. I specialize in Math, Science, English, as well as SAT/ACT test prepping. My tutoring style revolves around patience, and creating the best personal paths for students so that they can eventually learn to be organized and successful on their own. I have many tips and tricks to make even difficult tasks seem more simple as time progresses. Students tend to connect with me on a deeper level due to my age - rather than seeing me as a lecturing, overbearing teacher, they tend to see me as a mentor. If I'm lucky, they'll even see me as a role model.
