- I graduated from University of Texas at Arlington with a BA in Sociology/Social Work option.
- The majority of my teaching has been 2nd grade, but I also have experience teaching Kindergarten.
About Me
I have spent many years working with kids in various capacities including Day Care Director at a drop in facility and most recently teaching at Duncanville Independent School District and Lonestar Online Academy at Roscoe. I really enjoy tutoring my students in both Math and Reading and watching them grow both academically and socially as they grow in confidence. My love for children is real and kids sense this which enables me to get the best out of my students who truly want to perform at their optimal best. In addition to teaching I enjoy spending time with my kids and grandkids as well as traveling around the great state of Texas. I also love reading and listening to live music.
