About Me

I have made fitness my lifestyle and live it on a daily basis. My years as a trainer, fitness manager, general manager and regional manager in health clubs gives me additional insight that i pass on to my students. As a student you will get tips that will enhance your career. Even as I age I continually stay on the cutting edge of the industry and will help you with concepts that you will be able to apply for years to come. I have an extremely high pass rate with the students I tutor. My approach is to discuss with the student their needs and goals with the tutoring, from here i will put together a plan to work with them to achieve the aforementioned goals and objectives. I have created outlines of each chapter from the textbooks that i tutor and will share this information with the student . In addition we will learn the concepts needed for the learning process as well as the science of the body. So in summary the student will learn not only the what but as well the why behind it.
