About Me

I received my Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Kentucky with a minor in French. Over the past eight years, I have tutored students in Math and Science courses as young as Middle School all the way through College. While at the University of Kentucky, I led group tutoring as well as provided private tutoring for students through the university. I have also had a number of both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking private clients throughout the state of Kentucky. I am passionate about tutoring because I love watching students reach a level of understanding that they did not have before. I believe that every student learns differently and as a tutor it is my job to navigate material with the student to create spaces for success. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, running, hiking, and learning new languages.
