After 32 years of teaching reading and writing in elementary school, I believe my knowledge, expertise and personality enable me to make learning interesting. Today's technology provides me with greater options and techniques to make individual learning interesting with real connections in a more engaging and fun way. My greatest joys stem from students gaining confidence and becoming successful lifelong learners. In the end. THOSE WHO CAN...TEACH!

I am a creative, avid educator and woman always searching for ideas to move me through life as a better person. Learning never ends! Some of my passions include: creating projects and unique items, gardening, yoga, playing board games, sewing, beading, reading and writing. Additionally, I'm always up for new and interesting pastimes, information and learning opportunities. I take advantage and surround myself with people that who have qualities that I lack, thus using their practices and knowledge to enhance my knowledge.
