About Me
I am a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, along with Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Spanish. My graduate studies earned me Texas teaching certifications in Spanish (EC-12), English as a Second Language (ESL), and English Language Arts (6-8). My teaching career includes instructing high school Spanish, middle school ELAR, and middle school ESL. I also spent two rewarding years in Spain teaching English to K-6 students. Beyond the classroom, I have extensive experience tutoring secondary students in English, Spanish, French, and social studies including U.S., World, and Texas History. Currently, I teach a Business Success Strategies course focusing on helping first-year university students adjust to business school, and I also teach a Business Computing course focusing on Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL. I look forward to the opportunity to help you or your student thrive and grow with confidence!
