I am an educator with over 17 years of teaching and leadership experience, dedicated to helping students build confidence and achieve academic success. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable, think critically, and grow as independent learners. I hold a B.S. in Secondary Education Social Studies from the University of Pikeville, an M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision from Converse University, and an M.A. in History from Arizona State University. I am currently completing my Ph.D. in History. I specialize in U.S. History, World History, Government, Civics, Geography, and Economics, along with study skills, writing, and test preparation. I also support students in other subjects as needed. Each session is personalized to your goals and learning style.
