When interacting with students I take an approach that focuses on allowing them to learn in a way that suits their learning style, whether visual or auditory. I make an earnest attempt to allow the student to learn in a fashion that is most effective in promoting retention and understanding. I will show much patience and empathy. I will never forget the days when I was a student in need of help.
