About Me

I am a student at the Texas Tech University working toward a degree in chemical engineering. After graduating from college, I plan to pursue a masters in the field of petroleum engineering. I have experience with tutoring since I was in high school; I founded a tutoring program at the Lee and Beulah Moor Home and I spent some time volunteering at this location. While I plan to tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about calculus and I particularly enjoy teaching others the basics of mathematics. I also have a lot of personal experience studying for standardized tests and I believe I have knowledge of strategies that would be helpful for any high school student preparing for the SAT/ACT. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, playing tennis, and hiking.
