About Me

Hello, I am Dr. Sikini (pronounced Sikina) Lee and I am very happy to be with Varsity Tutors. I am originally from San Antonio, Texas, but spent the first 16 years of my life living and traveling abroad. I have a B.A. in Bilingual Education/Elementary Education from The University of Texas in Austin. My M.S degree is in Educational Administration from The University of Houston, and I have a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. I have lived in 5 of the 7 continents and I am fluent in Spanish. After 41 years in Education, I am very passionate and persistent about helping my students from youth to adult be the best that they can be. I am well rounded and specialize in working with English Language Learners, Reading/Reading Comprehension, AP Language and Writing, Writing and Composition, Vocabulary, and Spanish.
