What is the most delightful way to make a week disappear? Find out in Magic Camp! Featuring lessons inspired and co-created by Netflix’s favorite magician and frequent Varsity Tutors StarCourse host, Justin Willman, Magic Camp will give campers lessons and practice with tricks they can perform anytime and anywhere to dazzle and amaze friends and family alike. Plus campers will have exclusive access to Justin’s own video lessons and live StarCourse sessions. Over one fun and collaborative week, they’ll master:

Day One: Card Tricks

Justin got his start with card tricks and campers will too, learning how to force cards, give audiences the illusion of choice, and how to build to a dramatic reveal.

Day Two: Making Things Disappear

Every magician needs ways to make objects disappear. Today, campers will learn the classic French Drop technique and practice the secrets to turning something into nothing.

Day Three: Making Things Appear

Where did that come from?! Today campers will master tricks that feature palming and other techniques to seemingly make objects appear out of nowhere.

Day Four: Misdirection & Audience Psychology

Magicians are master manipulators, and today campers will learn how to direct audience attention where they want it and practice tricks that take advantage of audience psychology.

Day Five: Everyday Magic

With a handful of techniques and a little preparation and practice, you can make magic out of basically anything. Today campers will practice tricks that can turn any room into a magical stage.
