Agentic AI is reshaping how we interact with technology—moving beyond single prompts to autonomous tools that can plan, reason, and act in pursuit of a goal. In this four-session course, learners will explore the emerging landscape of agentic AI systems, from task-completing copilots to multi-step AI workflows that operate semi-independently. You’ll gain a practical understanding of what agentic AI is, how it differs from traditional prompt-response tools, and how it can be applied to everyday tasks and professional projects.

Designed for curious professionals and early adopters, this class combines clear explanations with hands-on experimentation using tools like ChatGPT with memory, AutoGPT, and emerging workflow-based platforms like Cognosys, CrewAI, and AgentOps. You’ll learn how to define a task for an AI agent, manage its scope and guardrails, and evaluate its effectiveness. By the end of the course, you’ll know how to design and safely deploy agentic workflows that help you save time, scale efforts, or prototype more ambitious solutions.
