Hands-On Health & Wellness

Grades 3-5

It’s never too early to start prioritizing wellness: whether students want to improve conditioning for sports and activities, build lifelong healthy habits, or find ways to manage stress and fatigue, they’ll find the answers in weekly Health & Wellness sessions. Each week, an expert instructor will lead a wellness activity, from fun cardio routines to stretching and strength exercises, from meditation techniques to preparing healthy snacks, students will learn by doing and build the skills to improve their own fitness and maintain their own wellness.
