The Discovery Center of Idaho is Idaho's only hands-on science center. The Discovery Center provides fun, interactive STEM learning by bringing the community over 150 hands-on exhibits, non-traditional educational programming for all ages, and a safe space for all to explore. Emily Mahon is the Education Director at the Discovery Center of Idaho and owner and instructor of Mondays @ the Museum, LLC. She formerly served as President of Museum Educators of Southern California, Senior Director of Education at the Bowers Museum, Associate Educator of Teacher and Performance Programs at the Skirball Cultural Center, and Regional Programs Manager at The Music Center: Performing Arts Center of Los Angeles County.
