In this live, interactive cooking class you’ll learn key kitchen concepts–including food preparation, kitchen safety, and the use of utensils–as well as the secrets to adding color and flavor to turn simple meals into mouthwatering masterpieces. Mac and Cheese.

•1# Dried Cavatelli Pasta.

•1 gallon water.

•1/4 cup Kosher salt.

•4 Oz unsalted butter.

•1/2 cup All Purpose Flour.

•32 Oz whole milk.

•2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

•2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese.

•2 tsp white pepper.

•1 tbl granulated garlic.

•1 tbl onion powder.

•1 oz Tabasco.

•1 lemon
