I graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts. I received my Bachelors of Science in Computer Science. I was lucky enough to travel to San Fransisco, CA for a co-op before COVID-19 but, since then, I have found myself enjoying the city life of Boston, MA. I am passionate about STEM and introducing these subjects to students as early as possible. At first glance, STEM learning may seem intimidating, but early and consistent exposure is key to tackling it later on in students' learning careers. Outside of academia, I like exploring museums and pop-up exhibits. I have also found that a stroll around the neighborhood calms the busy mind and recommend it to anyone in need of a break.

Besides my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Bio Engineering, I also have five years of experience teaching Spanish, Computer Repair, Business and Finance to high school students. I am a professionally qualified and highly experienced individual in Telecommunications with extensive knowledge in Cisco Technologies with more than fifteen different certifications, having in the top of that list the Collaboration CCIE earned back in 2008.I have more than 20 years of experience in Consulting, training, installing, and troubleshooting many different networks systems. An effective thinker, self-motivated and doer who offer the latest technology in the market aligned to businesses requirements. Extensive experience as a senior consultant inside a corporation. I also have plenty of experience in tutoring a teaching Cisco certification courses for several Cisco Learning partners and part of my curriculum is to teach also Cisco advanced Services official trainings.Currently, I work for a transnational company as a Unified Communications and Collaborations Lead engineer and co-architect. In my current position, I am responsible for evaluating, planning, coordinating, and implementing PoC (Proof of concepts) for new technologies that have the option to be widely deployed in the company network, which has more than 300 offices located in over 100 countries and territories.As part of my daily activities, I come up with best practices in Routing and Switching to be applied on different Unified Communications scenarios with the purpose of following up the life cycle of existing services and evaluate new ones that facilitate the operational activities and communication needs of company personnel as well as its clients, business partners and providers.Another very important activity I perform in my current job is to develop and provide training for new and experienced network engineers, so they can perform their activities according to the company standards, which I also led the team that define them. I teach in English and Spanish.I am a firm believer that when you are comfortable in your job, you are in danger! You need to get out of the comfort zone and always evolve and challenge yourself so you can be the spearhead not only in your job, but also in your personal life.

I have a degree in Economics and my Masters in Management Information System and i am a Certified Scrum Master as well. My Journey helping and assisting others started more than 12years ago... I started tutoring when i was in college and also assisted my friends when they needed help during my college days and even created a platform back then to help others. After this i decided my career path is in Education and i currently have my Masters Degree and different certifications in my field and also looking forward to pursue my Doctorate to become a Professor in my chosen field.
