I hold a Bachelor's in Education from the University of Saskatchewan and have over 5 years of tutoring experience across a variety of subjects, including Creative Writing, Middle School Science, and Music Theory. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive learning environment tailored to each student's unique needs, fostering both understanding and confidence. I am particularly passionate about helping students express themselves through writing and exploring the wonders of science. In addition to my tutoring experience, I have spent 1-2 years as a substitute teacher, which has enriched my classroom management skills and adaptability. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading, journaling, and music, which further inform my creative teaching approach and help me connect with students on a personal level.
