As a nurse with a Bachelor's in Nursing from Lee University and experience in the Pediatric ICU, I am passionate about helping aspiring nurses succeed in high school, nursing school, AND pass their NCLEX examinations. With years of experience at bedside teaching new nurses, I focus on creating a fun learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions; the safest nurses are always the ones that ask questions! My teaching philosophy centers using creative means to understand concepts, and tailoring my approach to meet each student's unique learning style. I am committed to empowering my students by building their confidence and critical thinking skills, which are essential in the nursing profession. Outside of tutoring, I am a proud wife, mother, & business owner.
