I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology, a field that has given me a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human body and the scientific principles that govern it. From cell biology and genetics to anatomy and physiology, I've developed a strong foundation in the life sciences one that I'm passionate about sharing with students.
My teaching approach is centered around building confidence within a student via application of the subject area in real-world contexts and flexible descriptions to meet their learning style.
While I am presently undertaking a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling, my field of specialization as a tutor remains the sciences generally biology and related fields. My graduate program has also sharpened my communication abilities, patience, and ability to mentor others through academic challenges, all of which I bring to the tutoring process.
I believe that science is not just about memorization it's about understanding how life works. My goal is to help students not only succeed in their coursework but also develop a lasting appreciation for the subject. Whether someone is preparing for a biology exam or simply trying to stay on top of classwork, I'm here to guide them every step of the way.
