As a passionate educator with a Master's in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, I bring over two years of tutoring experience in subjects like Business Calculus and the ASVAB. My teaching philosophy centers on tailoring lessons to meet individual student needs, leveraging my background in project management to create engaging and relevant learning experiences. I have successfully guided students in project management courses, leading to notable accomplishments such as two of my trainees earning their PMP certifications. When I'm not tutoring, I stay busy with a variety of interests. I’m into music, listening to different genres, and going to concerts. Reading is another big hobby of mine; I love diving into both fiction and non-fiction to learn new things and get lost in different worlds. Math is something I’ve always enjoyed, and I get a lot of satisfaction from solving problems and exploring new concepts. I’m also passionate about sports—especially basketball, football, and MMA. They keep me active and teach me a lot about teamwork, strategy, and discipline, which I try to bring into my teaching style. I make it a point to stay updated with current events, as I enjoy learning about what's happening around the world. Language learning is also something I’m really into— I’m currently at a C1 level in French, B2 in Spanish, and A2 in Portuguese. I love how learning new languages helps me connect with different cultures and challenges me in new ways. I try to bring my love of learning and diverse interests into every tutoring session to make the experience both fun and engaging!
