I am an outgoing, friendly, and empathetic teacher, who prioritizes adaptability and patience when guiding students. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Botany and a minor in English from Connecticut College. I am also a published author in the Journal of Applied Ecology. For tutoring, I specialize in Algebra, English, and environmental science. My passion for teaching stems from my background in coaching youth sports, where I learned the importance of tailoring instruction to meet individual learning styles, and utilizing a variety of techniques to ensure understanding. I find great fulfillment in helping students achieve their academic goals, and I aim to create a supportive learning environment where they can thrive. As I pursue a career in environmental law, I am excited to share my love for learning with others!
