I'm a dedicated educator and current PhD student in Human Services with a concentration in Nonprofit Administration. With a Master's in Public Administration and over a decade of experience mentoring and teaching, I'm passionate about helping students unlock their potential and build confidence in their academic journey.
I specialize in writing, study skills, organization, and career readiness all with a student-centered approach that makes learning feel relevant, achievable, and empowering. I've successfully supported students across all grade levels with everything from GED prep to writing assignments, helping them strengthen critical thinking and find their voice.
My style is all about connection. I meet learners where they are, break down tough topics into real-life examples, and create a supportive space where questions are always welcome. My goal is to bridge the gap between what students are learning and how they apply it in the real world and to make sure they feel seen, capable, and supported every step of the way.

Outside of tutoring, I’m a creative at heart. I enjoy writing poetry and personal essays, and I’m currently working on my memoir — a reflective journey through identity, self-worth, and resilience. I also run a natural hair braiding business that allows me to empower others through beauty, self-care, and entrepreneurship. In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, journaling, and spending time with my family.
