I am a graduate of Southern Methodist University (SMU) and The University of Alabama School of Law. I received my Bachelors of Science in Political Science from SMU, and my Juris Doctorate of Law from University of Alabama. During my undergraduate years, I minored in history. For the last 27 years, I have practiced as an attorney, but now I am transitioning my career into the education, public agency, and business sectors. I would like to encourage young minds to learn and succeed in academics. I am most passionate about US history, Government, and Social Studies. I am firm believer in how can you understand the present and look to the future without first knowing the past or where you came from.....HISTORY! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, bowling, playing games on my cellphone, and bargain hunt shopping.
