As a passionate educator with over 11 years of experience, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment that empowers students to understand their unique learning styles. I hold a Master's degree in Reading Education from Arkansas State University and have taught a diverse range of subjects, specializing in elementary school science and math. My approach focuses on building foundational skills in math and reading, which I believe are essential for academic success. I have effectively supported students, including English Language Learners and those in Gifted Education, helping them overcome challenges and achieve high growth scores on state assessments. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family and singing, which enriches my ability to connect with students on a personal level. I am excited to continue making a positive impact through tutoring, helping each student reach their full potential.
