I have spent my career working with high school students. I enjoy working with my students and sharing my love of science with them. I stress good study habits and design lessons that incorporate various learning styles. I get to know my students and develop lessons and materials that support them and their different needs. This past year with Varsity Tutors I worked with several students that were taking AP Biology. We worked on a schedule to prepare for the exam as well as keeping up with the in class work. I have 34 years of teaching experience and have my Bachelor's of Science in Biology and my Master's of Science in Secondary Education.
