I am a recent graduate from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology and Bioethics. I am currently pursuing dentistry and have been taking a gap year in order to apply to dental schools. Throughout college, I had been a Teacher's Assistant (TA) for 2 of my courses: Cellular Biology and Immunology. I had the chance to hold my own recitations, where I taught/reviewed part of the course content with a group of students as well as separate office hours to answer any additional questions. I had thoroughly enjoyed getting closer to several students and soon realized teaching was an interest I wanted to pursue further. During my summers, I had worked as a tutor in Math and Reading at the Kumon Center, where I assisted struggling elementary to middle school students in these subjects. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it is absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life and most importantly, want to share my love for learning with other students that are struggling to believe in themselves! In my spare time, I thoroughly enjoy working at my local coffeehouse, reading, and going for a swim.

From the earliest days, my passion for creativity was painted in vivid hues across the dining table, where every night before bed became a ritual of sprawling paints and crayons, giving life to every imaginative creature that danced in my thoughts. This childhood sanctuary of expression, where hours melted away in the joy of creation, taught me to see creativity as the ultimate form of mental freedom—a way to make the world around me distinctly my own. Now, as I weave this vibrant thread of creativity into my work at a coffeehouse, I've found a new canvas in the swirls of latte art and the fusion of flavors in new drink recipes. Here, amidst the aroma of coffee and the buzz of conversation, I channel my leadership, guiding my team not just in tasks, but in sharing the joy of creation, making every cup a testament to the boundless possibilities that creativity brings. Outside of creativity, I love spending my days swimming, taking walks when the weather is nice, or hiking with my friends.
