I am fluent in the computer languages C, C++, Python, Java, and JavaScript. My favorite language is Python. It is a simple programming language for those learning to program, but it is powerful enough for advanced programmers.

I received my bachelor of computer science degree from Western Governors University in August 2022. However, I started to learn to program in about 1980. I've been writing software professionally since 1990. For the last 25 years, I have focused on machine vision programming.

I have been programming computers for nearly 35 years. Today, computers can do things I thought were impossible when I started learning to program. No doubt, new advancements in computer science will continue to change our lives in the future. When one learns to program, they learn to think logically and to analyze problems to find solutions. I'm excited to help the next generation learn about computer science.
