Ever since high school in 2017, I have done tutoring that has helped my classmates around me. It has been since this period of time that I discovered an interest in passing down the knowledge that at times comes with difficulty to others. Over the years, I have taught privately across many subjects such as math, reading, science, english and Spanish. Throughout my experiences, I have come to enjoy teaching others and seeing them overcome the obstacles they first started with. I am currently attending St. John's University, and I am working toward earning my B.S. in Biomedical Sciences by 2024. As a Hispanic pre-med student coming from New York City, I mainly focus on tutoring math, reading, and science. By far my favorite subjects to tutor would be science and math, as they are a part of my passion, and it only motivates me further to be able to help others understand them at the end of the day. I have taught Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, and Algebra II, along with college-level Biology. All of my experiences have only further cemented my passion for helping others, as well as my goal of becoming a member of the medical field down the road.
