Certified Tutor

I have my MBA from the University of Phoenix and am currently working on my dissertation towards my PhD in Organizational Management & Leadership from Capella University. My undergraduate degree is in Business with a Minor in English and Communication. I have worked tutored and mentored children for a number of years through Take Stock in Children, Big Brother/Big Sister, Community Learning Centers, etc. Even though I work with children on a number of topics, my favorite topics include English, Literature, Vocabulary and Communication.

I have also worked with teenagers, college students and adults throughout my life in a variety of settings, including organizational skills, public speaking, study skills, etc. I enjoy helping adult learners take the next step in learning a new skills to help further their education or take on a new opportunity at work. As an executive in the business world, I have the opportunity to work with people everyday and help people establish and meet their goals.

I am a firm believer in the importance of education in all aspects of life and my goal is to make learning fun, exciting, and enjoyable.
