I am a graduate of Full Sail University where I received both my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing for Entertainment and my Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing with a focus on script writing and story writing. Since graduation, I have tutored Chinese students from ages 3 to 17 in English (I am certified with both a TESOL and Advanced TESOL) as a second language. I have recently worked on several short scripts in production, edited a script for a TV series in pre-production, and I have a comic book script in production waiting on artwork. Tenacious, describes me in regards to my drive to succeed. It is drive that helped me discover I can teach others in various English subjects including Reading, Grammar, Writing, Syntax, and Phonics. I am a firm believer in lifelong learning as it brings a quality of life that is ultimately rewarding. I love to have fun and I strive to help my students learn that writing and English are fun! As a writer and scriptwriter from North Carolina, I enjoy writing and sharing my love of writing with others. When I'm not busy teaching, tutoring, or working on fantasy or science fiction stories, I write poetry inspired by my peculiar family or I might be found scuba diving with my husband, playing with reptiles, or fishing with family and friends.
