I am a retired MD (urology). I taught Anatomy and Physiology for 4 years at a community college.
As a physician, much of my time was spent teaching patients about their conditions and treatments. I love the experience of seeing someone see information from a new perspective and really understand it. I believe in teaching the fundamental concepts to prevent merely memorizing. I know a lot of techniques to allow you to really know the material and be able to answer any question that comes your way. I've taken a lot of classes and exams in my day. I know how to prepare for an exam.
