I love chess, people, and teaching. I've played tens of thousands of chess games, won USCF tournaments, and am ranked in the 99th percentile for rating. There are plenty of competent chess players and there are many amiable educators, but there are very who are both. I believe I am fortunate enough to be one of those few.
