I have worked with numerous students for the VA and FL exams, and have had students for AL, IL, IN, OH, TX, WV, and CA exams.

After over three decades of being licensed in numerous states, I can guide you thought getting to know what's important. I have been licensed in VA, PA, MD, and DC, and I have earned the CCIM designation.

Real estate is interesting and fun. To be successful, you have to work hard and know the laws and regulations.

Currently, I am a licensed broker in VA and PA, and go through re-licencing every two years for both, so I am current on typical laws and regulations.
