I am a graduate of University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Most of my experience in teaching has been with 826 Michigan, a non-profit organization focused on teaching children creative reading and writing. My favorite subject to teach is English literature and writing. I believe that critical reading and writing skills are extremely important in this age of information, and that students should have access to the help they need to better navigate those skills. In my free time, I enjoy reading speculative fiction, creative writing, and cooking new recipes.
