I am a Connecticut native and graduate of the University of Connecticut (BA in Theatre Studies; Concentration in Playwriting and Dramaturgy and a Minor in English). During my time at UConn, I worked as a tutor with the UConn Writing Center to assist students with all forms of academic writing. Coming from a theatre background, I believe that collaboration is one of the most powerful tools there is when assisting with the learning of core subjects such as ELA and mathematics. As a result, I aim to be a springboard for student's ideas rather than a dictator of how they should approach lessons.
