Certified Tutor

I am a current student at Iowa State University, seeking to pursue a degree in Elementary Education! I am happy to work with students of all ages to enhance their learning in all types of math, reading, and writing. Writing is one of my passions. I am currently working on a book and I certainly enjoy educating students about the writing process. I know what it takes to create top essays and extensive research papers. I have won many awards for my portfolios, research papers and essays, and even presentations that cover my writings. I have also taken many creative writing and advanced writing classes. I will always be happy to teach basic writing skills and tips, as well as edit and revise any written work. I also have lots of experience tutoring children in mathematics. I was a teacher's assistant through all four years of high school in classes like 7th Grade Math, Pre Algebra, and Algebra 1. I also volunteered to work with elementary students in summer school, helping to advance their basic learning in all subjects.
