I don't agree with a student, when they say that they are just "not good" at a particular subject. A student often thinks this, because they may not have been taught using an interesting and thorough approach with their subject matter. Each student has the ability to learn. I use a step by step method to learning with a lot of review. I like to make sure the student can explain to me why and how a concept works.
