My philosophy is that every child is capable of anything as long as they are focused, interested, and having fun. Every child must understand that they have a growth mindset instead of a fixed mindset. This means they have the ability to cultivate their own qualities through effort. Failure is okay; it should be seen as a learning opportunity and should not damage self-worth or self-esteem.
