Certified Tutor

I have been an academic tutor for over six years now because of my passion for education and empowering students. My career in education has been very diverse. For over four years I worked at the Kumon Math and Reading Center, tutoring students in Kindergarten to High-school. My most common courses were subjects such as Writing, Pre-Algebra and Language and Composition. From Kumon onwards, I have become an SAT tutor, ESL tutor and Business tutor.

In Prague, I tutored undergraduate students at the Anglo American University in subjects such as Marketing 101 and Introduction to Business Writing. I love working with people of different cultures, and truly embrace diversity.

In NYC I have tutored high-schoolers in preparation for the SAT, with a focus on Reading and Essay Development. I also teach immigrants how to speak English with an American accent, and prepare them for their Citizenship exam.

I am an excellent tutor because I have a genuine interest in helping my students grow and discover their true intellect. From tutoring immigrants, children, special needs and at risk youth, I enjoy working with all people.
