Certified Tutor

I fell in love with writing as a child with a rampant imagination. In 5th grade I was selected as a gifted student to assist younger students with reading and reading comprehension. Since then I've discovered a love of peer editing and review through the writing classes I've taken in high school and college.

I want to help students find their own passion for literature and composition in a comfortable and compassionate setting. As a writer and academic, I believe that understanding how to write well is essential to understanding other people.

When I'm not tutoring, I enjoy reading and writing (really!), cooking, going to dance classes, and playing my ukulele.
