Certified Tutor

I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in English. I also have an SEI endorsement which allows me to help those whom English is their second language. During my time as a teacher I have taught 5th grade, 1st grade, and 3rd grade. For the past 4 years I have been providing tutoring after school to a small group of students. We focus on both math and reading. It is important to make tutoring interesting. I believe and have seen that a little extra one on one help can be very beneficial to students and I love to help students reach their full potential. Outside of school I love to read, write, swim, and spend time with my family.
