I am currently a high school biology teacher in the DC area. I teach sophomore's their introductory to biology class and the AP biology course. I spent the past two years teaching in Los Angeles, CA. I have a Bachelors of Science in Marine Biology from the Honors College at College of Charleston and a Masters in Education from University of Notre Dame. I am a graduate from the Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) Teaching Fellows program, which is administered by the University of Notre Dame.

I tutor high school biology and algebra and middle school science and math. I believe everything should be student centered and that I am just there to guide, direct, and push the student to learn.

I am fascinated by the natural world and spend any free moment exploring.
