For the past three years, I have been a dedicated student of literature and Russian at Bard College in New York. Many professors have told me that the skills you learn in college, specifically becoming a capable reader and writer, are crucial to success in the future. I believe that, through my hard work, I am now in a position to help other students become better readers and writers.

Though I'm still a student, I have taken enough credits during my first three years to finish up my time at Bard as a part-time student. Currently, I am just an undergraduate thesis shy of graduating, which I am writing on the poetry of one of my favorite writers, W.H. Auden.

I do read quite a lot of poetry, and I do love it, but as far as my own aspirations for writing are concerned, I am most comfortable writing screenplays. In fact, in the future I hope to be a comedy writer, and plan on moving to New York City or Los Angeles to pursue this dream.

For now, however, I am happy writing my thesis and, hopefully, working to make you more confident readers and writers!
