I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) working in computational biology and cancer genomics. I enjoy my research, but I have always loved teaching and discussing science at all levels, especially physics. I was an adjunct physics professor at Lincoln University in PA and Stockton University in NJ and plan to return to full time teaching in the future.

My background is mainly in physics and neuroscience as I completed my Ph.D. in Physics at Drexel University where my research was in computational biophysics. I essentially created and ran simulations to understand the behavior of networks of neurons. At Drexel I also acted as a teaching assistant for physics courses. I absolutely love to teach and explain physics to students, friends and family (if they will listen).

The rest of my life consists mostly of playing music, running and spending time with my family, my friends, and my pets.
